- Each article here consists of three (5) key portions:
- Solution ID: A pre-chosen # that begins with an H or an S (to denote whether the problem is with Hardware or Software). To learn more about solution's click here.
- Definition: What the problem is, etc.
- Diagnosis: How to tell if this is the correct problem/error.
- Solution: How to solve the problem, or what the status of a fix (if yet unsolved) is.
- Response: A pre-formatted response explaining the issue, what was done to fix it, and what was done to prevent it from occurring again in the future. This goes to the customer.
- Each section should be started with level 2 header tags: == Definition ==
- Asterisks (*) are used to create bulleted lists.
- Pound (#) symbols are used to create numbered lists.
